Hi! I’m Carol Hill, Founder and Senior Coach and Healthcare Advocate here at LeadWhole Coaching & Healthcare Advocacy located in beautiful Central New York. I am a Certified Professional Coach that specializes in lifestyle & leadership development coaching, with a special focus in workplace trauma recovery. I am a registered nurse of more than 28 years and have been in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human & Community Services and a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA). I am a business owner as well as a business consultant, primarily in the areas of healthcare and human services. I offer both individual and group coaching sessions to my clients as well as offering a wide range of educational programming for individuals and businesses alike.

I pride myself on being a strong advocate for both my patients and my clients and I am passionate about empowering my clients, a holistic model of coaching, to help rooting themselves in both their personal and professional lives, while they honor their wholeness, and their journey of becoming that’s in their own time and at their own pace.

Career wise, I have held a number of healthcare leadership positions throughout my career that have taken me from the bedside perspective of healthcare to COO and executive perspective of healthcare and healthcare systems. I have extensive experience in long-term care, public health, and outpatient healthcare systems. Health education and healthcare advocacy have been at the root of my varied and colorful career in healthcare and in the service of others. My approach to my coaching and my advocacy practices is simple and based upon a model that supports whole body health & wellness. Keeping my clients at the forefront of everything I do has been a priority and its built on a foundation that is based on individual centered care and care planning.

Therefore, my goal and role as your coach is never to try to fix you, my goal is to help you better identify and honor all parts of your existence that make you; uniquely you!
