Specializing in lifestyle & leadership development coaching, with a special focus in Reclaim *(c) workplace trauma recovery coaching. Carol, is also a registered nurse of 28 years & a business consultant, who offers individual and group coaching sessions/programs & retreats. Through her exclusively developed “Soil to Soul II” Group coaching format Carol provides a creative workshop-based experience that her clients have grown to love. 

All coaching session (individual and group) follow ICF Code of Ethics and require a coaching contract.
