Is it me? Navigating the complex journey back to self from your workplace trauma

How many times have you asked yourself this question, ” is it me, am I the drama?!” Whelp, if you are here then I would guess it’s been on more than one occassion.

If you have ever sat in silence at your desk staring out into the abyss of your computer screen looking for a sign that you’re not going crazy! Then you have landed in the right place.

Hello, my name is Carol and I’m an independent certified professional coach, business consultant, healthcare advocate, and the owner of LeadWhole Coaching, and to say that I haven’t uttered these very words to myself during my many years in nursing leadership would be a total and absolute lie!

I, too, have felt the same things you are probably feeling right now as you are reading these words. Maybe you’re feeling a lack of self confidence in your ability to do your job, or perhaps you are feeling professionally disrespected & devalued, or maybe you are just feeling like you are totally and completely drained in almost every fiber of your being.

I can tell you and confess that it is because of these very feelings that I’m where I am today, and it is because of the crippling effects of my own workplace traumas that I decided to take a HUGE leap, rather than a mere step, away from my role as a C-suite corporate executive. It is also because of those same feelings that I choose to reclaim my time and energy, through the service of others, working as a lifestyle and leadership development coach who specializes in workplace trauma recovery ❤️‍🩹.

I know how you feel only because I, too, have felt what you are feeling, but moreover and most improtantly, I know how it feels to reclaim and recover my time and my sanity back from those experiences. I know and understand that it’s a a personal journey and that it takes, time, support, hard work and dedication to transition from being professionally scared to leading a life that is whole again!

LeadWhole Coaching is NOT just about overcoming work place trauma, it is about us, as a team, you as the coachee and me as your coach and cheerleader working collaboratively developing the tools that you need to help you along your own journey to recovery and of reclaiming of both your peace of mind and sense of purpose.

How is it done?

In a laid back but structured environment, and as a team, collaboratively we will use a four legged stool approach to reclaiming your life.

Leg 1 – Decompression and Decluttering

Leg 2– Reflection and Realignment

Leg 3– Prepping and Planning

Leg 4– Execution and Maintenance

Each leg of the stool is dependent on the others for a stable foundation, and while you could get by focusing on one or two specific areas of the coaching journey, true results only really occur when all legs of the stool are addressed, explored , and executed.
